Cancellation Policy

We only have limited spaces and we put a great deal of preparation into each class. We also tailor the classes around the individuals attending so if you need to cancel we request that you give as much notice as possible.

We regret that we cannot offer a refund for any of our classes or courses if you are unable to attend. In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergency) we may be able to offer a transfer to a course at a later date as a gesture of good will.

If you arrive at the course and we consider you to be incapable of working safely in the workshop due to alcohol/drug consumption or general ill health we reserve the right to exclude you from the class. We will also not tolerate offensive or abusive behaviour and may ask you to leave. We will not risk the heath or well-being of any student or tutor. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Regretfully, we cannot accommodate wheelchair users and as such it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to attend the class if you have any form of disability, mobility issue or impairment. If you need further details about our location and premises please get in touch and we will be happy to advise you. If you have booked a place without checking suitability and are unable to attend you will still be required to pay for the course in full.

Cancellation of one to one classes: If you wish to cancel a one-to-one class that requires the use of specialist materials you will be required to pay material costs in addition to the cost of the course. You will be advised of any additional material costs before the class commences but if you are unsure please check at the time of booking if this is applicable.

If we have to cancel

Occasionally, we may have to cancel or postpone a class or course due to reasons out of our control. In these circumstances, you will be offered a transfer to a course at a later date or if that isn’t suitable we will refund the full cost of the course. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. We cannot be held responsible for your travel or accommodation costs.
